With representation in four categories of motorcycling and more than 12 championships won in its track record, Monlau Management offers advice based on more than 20 years of experience with a very marked philosophy: to work with the rider through a 360-degree vision that affects all aspects of the rider's life.
Monlau Management is in charge of locating and developing talent in an extremely competitive and individual sport such as motorcycling, where it is necessary for riders to have all kinds of tools around them to extract their maximum performance. Therefore, thanks to a complete and expert staff headed by its CEO, Jaime Serrano, Monlau Management offers five different lines of services so that the rider has all his needs covered.
On the one hand, global advice at each stage of the driver's career to enhance his development, maximize the return on investment and ensure that he develops at the right pace at all times, without rushing and always thinking in the long term. In addition, we seek to develop the rider's performance to the maximum in all its facets, optimizing the relationship with his environment and looking for possible improvements.
In order to bring out the driver's full potential, Monlau Management also focuses on the organization and planning of his day-to-day life, so that he can make the most of his time on and off the track, including the selection and coordination of specialists so necessary in the driver's career, such as a physical trainer, physiotherapist, nutritionist and sports psychologist.
The creation and management of the personal brand is one of the most strategic aspects for a driver, along with his or her sporting results. In this regard, Monlau Management is responsible, among other aspects, for the management and search for sponsorships, negotiation of agreements, review of contracts, relationship with the media and the use of social networks, with the aim, among others, of enhancing the impact of the rider's brand and increasing its commercial value.
Finally, it also includes accounting-administrative, tax, financial and legal advice with specialists in sports and tax law.
As a whole, Monlau Management offers a wide range of services based on experience, prestige and knowledge of the sector, so that the athlete only has to worry about riding.
